The Marmalade Pantry boast a wide variety in its menu, which contains western and asian dishes. They have 3 outlets in Singapore: ION Orchard, Oasia Hotel Novena and Oasia Hotel Downtown. The one we went is at Oasia Hotel Downtown. It is situated at the lobby area, with a relaxing yet chic interior. They have burgers, pasta, salads, meat and fish mains for you to choose from, as well as a separate asian menu that has items such as Hainanese Chicken Rice ($22), Nonya Chicken Curry ($24), Singapore Laksa ($26). We decided on the Minute Steak Sandwich ($28) & Seared Scallop and Prawn ($26), with a side of Truffle Fries ($14). The dish was truly scrumptious and lives up to its name. Though on the pricier side as compared to the counterparts, Hawker Centers, portion wise, it was filling.
